If you have ever had the benefit of owning a pitbull puppy, you probably had some first-hand experience at how well they aggressively chew things continually. They really seem to want to put everything inside their mouth. One of those things that ends up in the midst of their strong jaws and teeth will be their dog leash. This will be just one of those items that they consider their own toy to chew.

Getting the right kind of leash for your dog whether it will be a pit bull puppy or another breed or mix will be very important for your ability to control your dog. My personal favorite leash will be a leather one.

Most professionals will not suggest you use a chain leash because of various reasons including the fact that has a great possibility of cutting your hands when the dog pulls.
